Everyone starts at 50 points. A correct answer reduces every other trainer by two points. A wrong answer reduces only the answering trainer by two.
Different starting scores
Solo starts at 10; battle starts at 50. There are no opponents to reduce in solo mode.
A battle normally lasts two rounds. If someone reaches zero, end the game after that round; the trainer with the highest score wins. The checked rules do not give a further tiebreaker.
The console keeps score
Turning off the power or removing batteries loses the current score. Remove batteries for long-term storage.
