Go-Stop

Scores and settles money for 3-player Go-Stop and 2-player Matgo. Enter how many cards of each kind everyone captured and it works out the hand points, Go and shake multipliers, and each loser's Gwangbak, Pibak, Meongtta and Gobak, then converts it all to money at your stake per point. Unpaid amounts go on a running tab you can settle in one go.

How Go-Stop scoring works

Scoring β€” the jokbo table

Check your captured cards against every set below and add them all up. One card can count in several sets at once β€” six Tti that include Hongdan and Cheongdan score 2 for Tti + 3 for Hongdan + 3 for Cheongdan = 8 points.

Frequently asked questions

Is the September Gukjin a Yeolkkeut or a Pi?

You choose one. It counts either as a Yeolkkeut or as a Ssangpi (2 Pi), never as both at once. When you must decide β€” on capture, once per hand, or at any time β€” varies by region.

How many points are three Gwang including the rain Gwang?

2 points. Three Gwang without the rain Gwang score 3. Four Gwang score 4 with or without the rain Gwang, and all five score 15.

The December swallow is a bird too β€” does it count for Godori?

No. Godori is only the three Yeolkkeut of months 2, 4 and 8.
